Soma Energy Electricity Generation AŞ Soma 4 RES project Electrical Works

Soma Res, the largest wind power plant in Turkey, has started to invest 48 MW of capacity growth. Akman Enerji has been involved in the project under the Soma 4 RES project to draw power lines to 12 turbines, each with a capacity of 4 MWm, which will be added to the existing power plant.

The project includes cable duct excavation, XLPE and fiber optic cable laying, installation, testing and commissioning of switchgear equipment within the relevant standards for the electrical connection of 12 wind turbines to the existing 380 kV switchgear to be built for capacity increase.
